Trouble Accepting Quest Rewards

My main character is Luque Ninetails on Goblin world. I believe I logged out of the game in Limsa Lominsa on the night of Thursday, August 29. Although I tried to login over the Labor Day weekend, I was unsuccessful after multiple tries. Prior to logging out on 8/29, I had two quests active in my log. The most current one was "On to Summerford," with my Arcanist class quest, "What's in the Box," below it in my log.

I was able to successfully login again yesterday afternoon, September 3, prior to maintenance. I decided to finish "On to Summerford," but, when my quest reward dialog box popped up, the "Complete" option was grayed out/unselectable. I thought this must be related to the upcoming maintenance. The checkmark still appeared over the NPC's head, so I spoke with him again, and the cutscene for the quest replayed itself and the dialog was displayed once more. Again, the "Complete" option was grayed out.

Upon updating and logging back in today, I encountered the same problem with "On to Summerford." I thought if, perhaps I finished "What's in the Box," maybe that would resolve my issue with being unable to complete "On to Summerford." I completed "What's in the Box," but, when I returned to the Arcanist's guild to finish the quest and claim my reward, I received the same problem that I had with "On to Summerford" (grayed out "Complete" option in Quest Complete dialog).

I searched the Support Desk and couldn't find a question related to my problem, so I filed my own. I was contacted by a FFXIV Support Team Member and directed to submit my problem here.

Obviously, this is impeding my progress and, hence, my enjoyment of the game. Any help would be appreciated.

You have to manually select one of the quest rewards. They're not all given to you.
