Error code 10102 and 9000

I was loading into my story quest and got Error 90000'd and when I tried to log back in, I got 3102. That went away(whew!). Now whenever I try to log back in I get Error 10102. I can't get back in to play now. >.<

got 10102 for a while then about 10 min after posting here I got back in and everything worked fine...so far.

just after posting this I got disconnected trying to load back into the world from my quest. Now I'm getting 10102 again. Good times, way to fake me out SE lol.

After waiting 5 minutes (completely logged out), I'm getting a "The World is full/Player Queue: 11" message.

Seems like they haven't fixed the server load issues on the instance server yet. Everyone is getting the problem when trying to do instanced dungeons.

quoting because i"m getting the same issue on the same server. I was doing the story quest in the Titan quest chain where you have to destroy the boulder faster than the Roegadyn guy does... and as I was zoning out, I got error 90000 "Connection to server lost" and when I tried logging back in I got Error 3102, but now I"m getting Error 10102 after a brief loading screen.

After playing without issue all day I am now getting a 10102 error. This happened after a 90000 error due to a sudden loss of power to the modem. I can no longer log into the Diabolos server.
