Error code 10102 and 9000

Situation: que for Titan. It pops, I get dc'd can't login for at least 10 minutes
Error 10102
Time: around 810-820 pm pdt

This is getting annoying. Even never winter does not have these issues and its f2p

Same thing happened to me, queued for Haukke Manor in the Duty Finder. I was d/c'd and now I cannot get back in because of error 10102.

Happened to me trying to enter Thousand Maws. Is it possible that this is connected to their instance servers?
I got the error after getting into a group via duty finder, never gotten 90k before this. Come on Square, my entire FC was just so happy with you.
