I heard ya brother. I finally got through to both a phone support and live chat support, and now I am waiting on my results from an elevated ticket. But as a PS3 player I feel that will take more time then it needs to. I am just hoping for a quick solution to this distressing problem. I love the game, and even paid for a CE, but if I cannot play the character I worked hard on than I'll probably not continue. This has left a sour taste in my mouth, so I am not about to subscribe untill I have some satisfaction. Childish perhaps, but I paid for a service, and my money is tight, so no more until I can make use of that service.
