    I heard ya brother. I finally got through to both a phone support and live chat support, and now I am waiting on my results from an elevated ticket. But as a PS3 player I feel that will take more time then it needs to. I am just hoping for a quick solution to this distressing problem. I love the game, and even paid for a CE, but if I cannot play the character I worked hard on than I'll probably not continue. This has left a sour taste in my mouth, so I am not about to subscribe untill I have some satisfaction. Childish perhaps, but I paid for a service, and my money is tight, so no more until I can make use of that service.

    Suddenly, I feel worse about getting any response to my ticket in the time frame they had emailed me. What sucks is I don't have the time during the day to sit in queue for phone/chat support (since I heard it can be up to a 3 hour wait) to try and escalate the issue so it can be resolved in a timely fashion. I'm having the same issue, but I don't have the CE. I was thinking about upgrading to the digital version of it, but not at this rate.

    If a SE official would just come out and say what is happening and whats in place to fix it with a time frame this whole process wouldn't be so painful.

    There has to be some one at the company with a heart that can reach out to all the PS3 users.

    I mean we all just want to play with the toy we just bought, If we knew it wasn't going to work out of the box I'm sure many if not all would have made another purchase.

    I have the PC and PS3 version but can only play on PS3 right now because it's been 5 days since I asked Square to merge my Account Service 2 to Account Service 1 and still nothing has been done. The automated email I received said they would reply within 2 days...now it's 5 days and no reply

    So they aren't just ignoring PS3 people. They are just ignoring everyone. The Customer Service is just horrible

    What is Square # and chat link anyway? I need to have them Merge my Account 2 to 1 so I can play on the PC again. Filling out the form didn't work. Guess I need to find a live person but can't find their phone #

    Likely. NA has had problems with the game since before launch on the PS3 so it wouldn't surprise me if it's just a NA thing again. It's kind of depressing, really. I've been down for around a week personally and while on top of considering getting the CE, I was considering getting the PC version as well later on down the road once I can afford the parts I need for my computer. Right now, none of that is happening along with no subscription from me until the issue is corrected.
