Individual resizing % of all UI

Hello se!

Could you please consider integrating a way to individually resizing all aspects of the UI?
As far as I have seen only screen resolution adjusts this, but in alot of cases, those with visual difficulties or those using very large screen tvs etc, the UI is either too large or too small, regardless of resolution.

I would love to have ability to scale hotbars to maybe 50%, but increase scale of quest tracker by 25% etc.

many thanks if possible, the ui options are quite good imo, just this one thing is missing for full customization.

There is scaling, but not to a specific percent. Any UI element can be adjusted between small, medium, and large by selecting the element and hitting CTRL+HOME (on PC) or clicking R3 (on PS3).
