I've gotten so accustomed to sending SE tickets that I have my next one pre-written and waiting in a text document on my desktop until later today. It looks like this.

This is the SIXTH ticket I have submitted on this matter. The previous five have not been responded to after their respective 48-hour periods. Their ticket numbers are 2623358, 2672607, 2706026, 2745993 and 2778654. This issue has not been resolved with recent patches.

The above registration code was emailed to me on Jul 27 from digitalriver for my prepurchase of the Digital Collector's Edition. When I try to enter this code into Mog Station, it tells me that the code is invalid. I have been unable to receive my collector's edition items because of this.
The only response I have ever gotten are confirmation emails that they have received my ticket and will respond within 48 hours. They have never responded.

When I submit my ticket through the support center I go through Accounts/ID > Registration Code then type something like "Cannot retrieve digital collector's edition items." I then proceed to Email Support (the only support there is for America I guess) and fill out all the information including my registration code. I check the code in Mog Station every time just before I send it, just to make sure. It's always invalid and I've typed it far too many times to have always made typos.

Is there something more I can be doing to get this issue addressed? Am I doing something wrong?
