Character has been stuck logged in. 3102 again....

Same issue for me. I logged out on miner, while riding my whm job mount Unicorn, at camp bronze lake. I logged out at approx. 7:55am CST and tried logging back in now on a different computer, and I get the 3102 error. again. This happened in beta phase 4 but usually occurred after a 90000 dc. I manually logged out this time.

this happend to me on na/eu so i logged on to my jp character to see if it would fix it then tried to log on to my na character still had it and now my jp character has this also

It's annoying as hell. Been locked out for an hour after thinking I would finally be able to play today.
I was playing on PS3 perfectly fine, decided to logout so I could go on PC shortly after. Tried to login on PC 15 mins after I logged out on PS3 and I'm stuck with 3102

Same issue on Lamia for me. Logged out well over two and half hours ago but I'm getting hit with the 3102 hammer. Sometimes the game itself is a killjoy.

I managed to get back in but it took 90 mins for my 3102 to disappear.
