So I have been trying to join my guilds server (Phoenix EU) for since I installed the game on Friday. Despite the "fix all" patch today, I still can't join the server. The official notices show it as still able to create characters. I have had a ticket open regarding this since the first time I attempted to join. A reply would be nice. Sort it out please.
