Btw, I was able to get around error 3102 by rebooting my pc and resetting my router. Give it a shot, maybe it'll work for you.

I think that might be just a coincidence, because I didn't do anything and got magically fixed. I don't know either if they are fixing char by char or actually fixing the problem but it's solved for me.
