In-game mail system needs improvement

This is not a website feedback, but it doesn't seem like there is ANY forum for game-related suggestions. Therefore, posting the feedback here.

The in-game mail system really needs to be improved. Who was it that thought that having a 200 (yes, TWO HUNDRED) character limit was a great idea? This is a MAIL system, not a glorified in-game Twitter. So please let us write mails! The character limit should be increased by 10x at least - and possibly even more. As it stands, I can't really write anything meaningful there without running out of characters.

It would also be great if you could send mail to people who are not on your friends list. With possibly having an option to disable receiving mail from non-friends if someone doesn't like that.

Just ran into this problem in game where I wanted to send a message and ran into the 200 character limit. Very Very irritating when you want to send a detailed message to a comrade.
