    Live Chat, phone support and customer service in general

    today I sat in queue for live chat and on the phone on hold with phone support.

    For phone support I waited 6hrs on an international long distance call from 2pm to 6:30PM PST on hold with no answer.

    Live chat.... very similar to the current 1017 with the servers... wait 2hrs in line in a queue of 300+ get to #1 and "Status: Cancelled" Did this from 11am when I finally navigated through countless menus to finally find a way to actually access the live chat until just now got through to the end of the queue 4 times and each time same thing Status: Cancelled No agents are available. What is the point of siting in this queue if it doesnt get me to the next available operator as stated, it really should state we may connect you we may not stay tuned to find out.

    I can only asume your rep answers 1 cancells the next 5 and moves on which is a complete joke.

    I love your game but your customer service is beyond abysmal... I can understand you have a lot of volumn right now but dont tell me I am going to be assisted and have me wait 2hrs then have a ticket closed before I even talk to a rep thats just insulting and an extreme waste of my day.


    Times as proof of my waiting before people claim no way its that bad your exagerating (not sure what timezone these are in)

    Got a friend who can't log in due to fault security token issues, and is going through this same hell, spent all day yesterday trying to call the phone support (constant busy signal, never got through), and tried live chat as well. 2 Hours waiting for live chat, when the queue finally gets to 1 it says there's no agents available, he repeated it 3 times yesterday and as of two minutes ago, twice today so far. Is there even anyone at customer service? All it looks like is they've set up a queue merry go round with no one actually rendering any service.
