What can I do?

I bought the game in pre buy, I did not receive my code so I tought that my payment may not have passed. I bought another game so I could play in pre open.

But now payment have pass so I have paid for 2 games (and still can't play cause they have'nt open the server my friends play in.) Can I cancel one? If yes, how?


Will they open the excalibur server one day? Or should I give up and play alone on another server?

Where did you buy the games from? Were they digital downloads or physical copies (CDs)?

As for character creation on a closed server, SE said they will be opening the restrictions at one point, not sure when that will be. But they also will be implementing world transfer services in "mid-September". I would say just play on one server you can get on and enjoy the game until you can do that.

If it was a digital copy then you can't get a refund, if its a physical copy and it hasn't been opened you can still return it (although some places may not take it back)

No companies will accept physical copies back as they won't be able to get a credit note from the manufacturers for it.
