    Well the size of this patch is about 43% of the last one so my guess is it is either something they don't want us to speculate about or it's just system/ui changes and getting ready for the battle patch.

    last one was 70%, next one is 30%. 30%/70%=42.8%. It's 30% of the full patch but ~43% of the last patch.
