can't tell cause no links proper links in there. So for not it can be considered real and fake. The best way to avoid these things is if you do need to reset your password don't follow the link, actually go to the site yourself and do it.

Like when the bank calls you up and says they need your CC, (Which they 99% of the time never need to do this but there is the rare occasion that they do.)
You can give them your CC. But don't give it to the guy that called you. Hang up and than call the bank back and say this happened. If it was real than give it to them.
