Videotron Users Read! (Regarding LAG/90000 issues)

I had a chat with their customer service, and they deny throttling access to anything whatsoever. They asked me a few questions like 'did you have torrents running' and etc but my answers were pretty much no all around, I made SURE I was ONLY running FF14 and it was still lagging like Hell. Further things said were that throttling bandwidth is supposedly illegal in Canada and it's why they don't do it.

Two ways to look at it:

1. The issue is Square's fault.

2. The ISP is lying to us.

Either way it looks like we're not getting this lag resolved anytime soon; still, global advice, CALL YOUR ISPs, find out if the problem is on their end. If enough people go "we can't play FF14 but everything else is working perfectly" they might figure out what's wrong.
