If you are having problems logging in try this!

This worked for me, so thought I would share and hopefully help someone else get on.
Use these steps:
-close client
-open command prompt
-type: ipconfig /release
-press enter
-type: ipconfig /renew
-press enter
-type: ipconfig /flushdns
-press enter
-open client
-have fun

speaking in laymen's terms, it "resets" your internet connection to a somewhat clean state.

You could also just unplug your ethernet cable or disable and enable your wifi. If only we could do that to the server then perhaps my "already logged in character" would log out and then I'd be able to play the game. 3102 for over an hour now.. This is becoming a joke.

LOL. Even If I didn't believe it i tried and after 1 hour waiting for the "not updationg EU/NA servers" I immediately managed to log the character :O

I gave this method a try too, as well as resetting the router and that one other thing, and neither worked for Error 3102.

Haha, too funny....

I unplugged my net for a few seconds then tried to get in the game. Got in with no problems.
