Shadow Bind (What's the point)

Well, shadowbind here is a WS...ppl seems to only think about the FFXI one, which is not the case. As a 250TP WS its awesome for finishing mobs and to hold those that atempt to flee. Its bind seems to last over 30 sec if the mob is untouched, which is very nice! ^^

and i remember in FFXI , some god (the tiger? or raptor? ) , was used to run away from him , in partys was used for CC melee mobs , or run away ....

I assume you're talking about Seiryu and Suzaku. People would Shadowbind them and then run out of Suzaku's casting range during Chainspell, and get away from Seiryu during Hundred Fists. Shadowbind is frequently used to mitigate Hundred Fists.
