It's not just you , mine will randomly fall off very early (3-4 seconds after its applied) doesn't always happen. No clue what causes it, if I use it soloing it can do it as well so it isn't some other debug overwriting it.

Phew! I thought it was just for ONE attack or something. Glad to know, I will work on a rotation to definitely add that in.
