Error 2002!

Just wondering if anyone else is being smacked with this? I see a lot of others errors being posted, so figured I'd throw my hat into the ring.

Yea I get this when I don't I get the 3102. They sorta fix one thing and screw up something else that makes it unplayable still...oh SE...

I was getting 3102 errors... Now 2002 errors. I can't even login. I have been trying for over a hour now. And adding 2 new servers was pretty pointless, people have been saying they can't even make new characters on the NA/EU new server. I just want my money back now...

Tried a couple times this morning. All I get is a greyed out start button until it throws 2002.

Getting sick of not being able to play.

I get to the loading screen to get logged in and play then when everything comes up I get that error. I'm at my wits end with the game and SE's half-ass fixes.

I have been getting error 2002 for five consecutive days now. I cannot get into the game, period.

I have tried several things. Running as administrator, not running as administrator. Even to the point of opening ports on my router, which did not help at all. Still 2002s. The START button is consistently grayed out for me.

I got to the point where I got it to light up by pulling up another window, like a web browser like chrome or firefox, for a minute or two. It would allow me to then get into the character screen. Sometimes it would not even pull up the NA/EU data center world lists for me, when I ran as administrator they did.

Now, I even got to a Now Loading screen with the city backdrop and moogle. This was the farthest I have gotten until the 2002 reared its ugly head once again.

I'm really sick of this and all I want to do is play. This is a piss-poor launch, if there ever was one.
