Sure, the return of the very same error during phase 4 that locked out thousands of players out of the game and very likely lost their subs because it was considered as a free demo is no problem at all. I'm sure they won't keep losing even more subs after this, everything is fine, it's just fine.

No they haven't. I just got hit by the lobby error, then it was unable to update my EU/NA server list. Put that next to 3102 and 90000 and I can safely say no, they haven't fixed much.
Logged in 5 minutes ago, no problem on Excalibur at all. First attempt, no cues. Works great for me.
Yep, there's a problem logging characters out. But I don't see people complaining about the NA/EU or JP servers not showing up, or people complaining about constant 1017 errors or not getting in a queue. Yes, they solved some issues and created a new one, but to say they didn't solve anything is totally incorrect.
I logged in no problem. But then I got error 90k while walking around the Ul'Dah market after clearing Ampador Keep, couldn't get on for an hour thanks to error 3102, got back on, Finally got a good pick up group for Garuda Hard. Error 90k, than the entire login servers went down. Now they're back up and i'm still getting 3102 again.
I've never gotten any of these errors without it being my own connection's problem BEFORE this update, so more likely, they mucked up more with this update than they fixed. They made it easier to log in, but replaced it with constant disconnects and individual lock outs of varying times, which isn't better, if anything its a lateral change or worse.
If you happened to miss my reply, I did get the error that NA/EU or JP servers are not showing up. I got the lobby error. The 3102 error and the 90000 error. I wouldn't say they didn't solve anything at all, it's nice that the problem with queues is solved (for now). But they didn't solve much, and it's created a huge new error in the process. People are still being locked out, no matter how you look at it.Yep, there's a problem logging characters out. Okay, than i'll say they didn't solve anything because in the total hour I spent trying to log back into my character I saw the NA/EU servers not show up twice and the JP servers not show up once, and there are still plenty of new topics sprouting up about error 1017, they just aren't happening as much yet because all the AFKers were booted with the matinence so most of the servers aren't full enough for SE to turn off the queues yet.Yep, there's a problem logging characters out. That's great for you mate, I'm happy for you
Personally I haven't been able to log in all day. For me it is worse than it has ever been. I have had lobby error, world is full error, the servers aren't loading error, and now I am bashing my face against the keyboard with the "you're already logged in" error...
So nothing is better. It is worse (for me).
Have you tried exiting and then logging in again?
I logged in no problem this morning and went afk for the day, so I could actually play when I got home as I knew this would happen. I hope I do not get kicked by error and not able to get back in this afternoon. sigh
