    Unable to retrieve NA/EU character list.

    While 3102 seems to be the error of choice for most people this day, I can't even get the server list pulled up and since I haven't seen any posts about it, I wanted to see if I was alone on this particular issue.

    No I got this issue for a spell, then the list returned. When people bumrush the login server, then this error occurs. But for my added bonus, I also got 3102, even though I was in the process of making a new character. xD

    I'm experiencing this as well. Managed to play for about an hour... then got the 90k error. When I tried to log back in, I got the 3102 error a couple of times... now I can't even bring up the server list. Been getting that for the last 15-20 minutes.

    My confidence in S-E's ability to run a large-scale MMO (read: more than 200k concurrent connections to the servers at any given time) is starting to deteriorate...

    You are not alone. Been getting the same error for a couple hours now.

    Good thing we were patient and faithful for that maintenance! >.>
    This and the 1017 error kept me from playing for about 7.5 hours a few days ago... so... I'm confused and slightly annoyed. But what can we do?

    Just have to keep waiting and hoping that my patience doesn't run out before my enthusiasm for this game does.
    Been a supporter of "being patient for this maintenance" for a while now but, my patience has been re-payed with no real change. Just more apologies and broken servers... Approaching half a month of this instability. :C

    Come on SE. I'm starting to lose hope of a stable game ever being available. The number of people is only rising, and will continue to do so.
    I want to play your game and pay for said services... you aren't letting me. If it's not fixed by the time pay-to-play rolls around.. I'm out.

    I accidentally unplugged my pc while the game was running (I was in the inn.) I tried to log in again quickly before heading off to work and I was getting this. Didn't get past this error to get the 3102 error haha...

    This is of course just a guess, but I assume that the problem of not seeing the NA/EU list is caused be people spamming the lobby server. It seems as though it's a side affect of SE limiting the space on the world servers. My guess is that once they raise the cap on the number of people that can be signed in simultaneously, there will be less people trying to log in at any given time and the issue will correct itself.
