Yep, there's a problem logging characters out. But I don't see people complaining about the NA/EU or JP servers not showing up, or people complaining about constant 1017 errors or not getting in a queue. Yes, they solved some issues and created a new one, but to say they didn't solve anything is totally incorrect.
To OP:
Please try logging out and back in. Let us know if it is working still.
Thanks

Can't login to my JP legacy server, server full error.
Can't access NA/EU server list, had 3012 error before that.
Things are not better.
I just got the 1017 error for 10m, so where is this fix? Ug, no AFK system = death to Square Enix's Reborn idea.
While the ablility to get into your chosen server has slightly increased, the chances of getting 3102 for very lenghty periods of time have risen so far past things being "better", also what kinda log in buisness do they even use where my entire ACCOUNT gets stuck logged in ? 1 character i could almost not be annouyed by but all of them at once, its plain out rediuclous.. yes your post is trolling at its best, ive read all yoursmart ass replies and if you were to stroll through the countless topics SINCE the maint as to how it is worse as opposed to your 1 little ty post... really your horrible

I was able to log in this morning on the first try with no issues as well.
People still clamoring for an AFK boot system don't realize how easy it is to put a rubber band on your gamepad and go to sleep. It won't fix anything.
People i know who have not been able to log in for a week are all now playing. So i would say there has been some improvement. Sorry for those who are still having a problem.
