All I can say is Tech Support phone and chat will do nothing for you. They will tell you to post on the forums and then a dev will post on here that it has been fixed, well the customer support guy told me it had been fixed days ago. When he actually came here he was like "WOW, guess its not fixed, sorry post on the forums". So now I guess its a waiting game to see if they fix it.

No I wasn't hacked, a friend is in game right now and shows me off line. (Still getting the 3102 error)
I changed my password, multiple times.
I refuse to buy the $10.99 one time password, or authenticator, for a game I cant even get into.
Working with Amazon to get my money back since I CANT even play the game.
