I had logged in at 6AM, logged out at 7:10AM. I tried logging in at 9:30AM, and was met with the 3102 error. I opened a ticket, of which I haven't even received an email confirming I submitted one, let alone a resolved email. I checked again at 10:30AM, and I was able to log in again.
