This is fucking ridiculous and beyond unacceptable.

After all the other issues and not being able to play for so many days and being ignored by 'support service', after all the login issues and server cant update errors a patch is released and the whole thing starts up again.

If I could joke around yesterday before the patch saying we wont even get to play the free 7 days we got in return for all these issues and this even turns out to be true, SE proves once more to be scamming their customers by presenting us with gifts who then turn out to be useless with 'a valid reason' asking us for our understanding. As a customer I feel ridiculed and mocked by these 'good intentions'.

No more! My understanding of this 'release' has reached its limits! My support tickets were properly submitted and never asnwered! I demand to play properly!
