Please Log Me Out [Error Code 3102]

Basically my entire family is stuck "logged in" after we created characters together. It's been almost 2 hours, everyone else is now out the door and I'm additionally getting the lobby error periodically, so I can't double check the names *sigh* (Edited to fix name typo after actually being able to get to char. select screen to check)

Error: 3102
Characters: Schaed Nightfire and Meridia Rook (2 service accounts on this acct.)
World: Lich

Additionally, my husband's character on his SE acct.:
Character: Breyd Fairchilde
World: Lich

Edit: Briefly able to log on. Moved characters out of instance they were in and logged out normally. Tried to make a new character: Error 3102 AGAIN. Tried to log in the others, Error 3102 on all three. Again.
