Cause: As so many others i receive the occassional C++ error, even though all drivers are up to date, and the system is newly installed. Caused a game crash, and i log back in to Error 3102 for several hours.

Still in line for chat support, been waiting 2 hours, chat still seems to think i should have been connected 1 hour ago...
