Had a random disconnect (dreaded Error 90000) and now I'm suffering from Error 3102.

I am getting the same code. 3102. I signed off at 11 am to eat and I watched the last hr of the movie Life of Pi on HBO ( great movie BTW ) came back to the PS3 and now I am getting 3102. I swear if its not one thing its something else.
