If anyone else is having this issue DO NOT wait on their customer service line or in chat. All they will tell you to do is post on the forums. They cant, or wont, even tell you what thread to post on. Which is kinda shady in my eyes. They will say just "post somewhere on the forums and I am sure the developers will see it". Then laugh.

Had issues with One Time Password sometimes working, CSR reset it off my account, now I can't log in any character due to the 3102 error. I had never received it before for more then 5-10 minutes after a unexpected DC.
I did not get a 90k error like most others, just logged out like normal through the menu, but called about the error with the one-time password issue and now I haven't been able to log on since Monday.

And waiting 2.5 hours for a CSR by phone and then being hung up on by a rep saying, "Sorry our business hours are over, try to call back next Monday" is just absurd, and it sounded just like the rep from Monday morning I called, so maybe all they can help is "Customer".

Hire more people Square Enix.
