    Well I have reset the password, I have the 1-time password and still getting the 3102 error. I can create other characters on JP servers but not on American. Hopefully the maintenance will fix this.

    Do not contact chat either. It took over an hour and I went from 146 in que to 1, then it tells me no one is available.
