Both Error 3102 but it is effecting every character I have on a NA/EU server in general. It does not seem to be specific to these 2.

My computer had a BSOD while I was playing FFXIV, and watching a movie on my other monitor (only happens with this game, 2nd time now). So my computer restarted, I try to log in and get "You are still logged into the game. Please allow a few moments for the logout process to complete." Error 3102

It's been over an hour and I am still getting the same error.
