Error 3102.

Issue: Error 3102. Began as I could successfully login to game and select character; received world queue (no 1017), once I was in-game I quested briefly and found that quest mobs would not spawn upon initiation of a quest item (e.g. click, "something appears!") and nothing would happen--yet I would still take damage from the mob. Figured a log out and log back on would clear it up, Menu-->Exit Game, then logged back in and now receive the 3102.

Has been over 45m and still receive the error.
