Error 90k and 3102 return. Counts me as logged in still.

I've been on the same boat for the last 3hrs.

I logged in, played for about 3o mins, got 90k and haven't been able to log back in since then, i created a new character and played him ok, then logged out normally and i'm not able to log in on either of them now.

I didn't even get hit with a 90000 error, I just logged out at a Sanctuary about 45 minutes ago and tried to get back on only to get hit with error 3102.
