Error 90k and 3102 return. Counts me as logged in still.

Same here, "please allow a few moments", how long exactly is a moment, it's been nearly an hour o.o
I had high hopes things would get fixed during the maintenance, things seem worse now.
Is this their answer to congestion perhaps? this is not a bug, it's their "solution", once you log out, you're locked out and can't bomb the login server to get back in?

Same issue for me. I logged out on miner, while riding my whm job mount Unicorn, at camp bronze lake. I logged out at approx. 7:55am CST and tried logging back in now on a different computer, and I get the 3102 error. again. This happened in beta phase 4 but usually occurred after a 90000 dc. I manually logged out this time.

I've been on the same boat for the last 3hrs.

I logged in, played for about 3o mins, got 90k and haven't been able to log back in since then, i created a new character and played him ok, then logged out normally and i'm not able to log in on either of them now.

Did Brayflox but eventually ran out of time and we exited the instance (we entered as a group), I left the group and exited the game through the system menu. coming back about 2 hours later I am greeted with 3102 and have been trying to get in for 30 minutes now with no success.

3102 applies to all my other characters on the same world although I didn't even log them in for days, perhaps even since early access or open beta.
