Error 90k and 3102 return. Counts me as logged in still.

Same System Information etcetera as per my post above.

Details that differ:

Time : ~ 1pm 4/9 GMT
NPC name : apologies, can't confirm the name as can't log in, but was talking to the 'youths' NPCs to ascertain their intentions after the female Roedagyn NPC was attacked as part of main story line quest in Little Ala Mihgo (or is it Mhigo?). While talking to one of them stopped being able to move, jump, etcetera. Will update with NPC name if I can log in again later.

1. Talking to the 'youths' NPCs to ascertain their intentions after the female Roedagyn NPC was attacked.
2. While talking to one of them I stopped being able to move, jump, etcetera.
3. Experienced 90000 error 'lost connection to server'
4. When attempted to log back in got message 3102 about being already logged in.
5. Error 3102 cleared on re-trying, however then continuously got 1017 'world is full' error message.
