Wasn't doing anything when I dced.

I am still getting the 3102 error message upon logging in. I logged out about an hour ago and after receiving the error message I waited 10 minutes and still got the error message.

I just thought it might be worth mentioning that before I was able to get the 3102 error I was getting unable to load NA/EU servers about 6 time in a row.
