already posted but didn't put int he info so w/e. In many mmo's, if your character is logged in while oyu log in it still lets you log in...so why not here? Isn't that kinda basic nowadays?

Yup. Logged out using "Log Out" and now getting 3102 upon trying to log back in.

Well just by trial and error they are going to figure out how to program this damn game. Problem is, it may be another year before everyone can consistently log in.

To those complaining about bad customer service: use your head. With all that's going on, with this many people playing and this many things going wrong, it's obvious that the call and chat services are overloaded.

The real question is can we trust The FF XIV team enough to sub. They have shown they are woefully unprepared or just generally unable to run a MMO. I don't know if they lack the man power, funds, or brain power but this is by far the worst launch of a major MMO in the last 5 years or more.

The game is truly amazing when you get to play but if you can't acces the game there really is no point. There fix has obviously caused many unforeseen issues do to their lack of ability. I want to play this game for a long time but I'm worried that without them hiring newer/smarter people these issues will never truly go away.
