There is already a 600 (and growing) thread about this.
So far they've proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they do not care in the slightest about the problem, and people are just losing heart one by one trying to contact Customer Support.
No response (after initial acknowledgment of the issue) and no help today either as the 7 days extension went on everyone's wrong service accounts. Lots of people were holding out for a short term alleviation (I definitely was).
