Does it happen only on one world or character ? : I only have 1 character and always happens in around 5mins of playtime
When the problem started happening ? : september 2nd at 1:30 am
Called videotron they came to change my modem, same problem ... they checked the line, perfect connection ... I'm unable to see any packet loss or ping error or lag spikes when i trace ... updated all firmware and drivers of routers and ethernet cards, same problem ... disabled all anti-virus and firewalls, same problem ... read on many forums of other games and tried a couple of things, same problem ...
Everything was fine in Beta and before september 1st ... so it's wether the thunderstorm that damaged all our networks ... or FF14

When the problem started happening ? : had a few errors before maintenance around on 1 or 2 september, then the day before maintenance(3rd september) had not a single error (was playing almost all day), now after maintenance i have them constantly - the period varies from 10 minutes to (now in the evening)around 30-40min after logging in. Sometimes game freezes for a bit and then i get kicked out and see error screen - sometimes just immediately kicked to black screen
