The lag has definitely been getting more frequent over time. What started out as 1-2 hours a day is now permanent. Latency was perfect before this.

When the problem started happening ? : September 2nd in the evening (Japan time).

I've only gotten the 90000 error once, but the lag and "fast forward" issues have been constant. No issues prior to this, neither during Beta or Early Access.

Does it happen only on one world or character ? : I can't log into the worlds at all.
When the problem started happening ? : Right after this patch released. I log into the game, the game kicks up to the beginning menu, but the Start button never lights up. Then it gives me an error 2002 and says I cannot connect to the game lobby. I know its not my end, because I was just on Rift with no problem.
