    When the problem started happening ? : Always happening since September 2nd 07:00 EST. Was working fine until September 1st 23:00.

    Does it happen only on one world or character ? : Only got one char.
    Started; 3 days ago after emergency shut down. Still heavy lag in Fates / Dungeons.
    Solo questing or group questing is just fine. The moment I enter a dungeon bam. Lag. So most likely error in the instance server that holds them? Everything else works fine. The secret world. Star trek online, champions etc. No problem anywhere just this game.
