[EU] PSN FINAL FANTASY XIV:ARR BOUGHT ON 27th AND 28th AUGUST-where is our fix?

On 29th SE annouced that they know this issue but we still have the same problem...

People who bought the game on this days cant even register their games because it has a faulty license!


NO, WE DIDN'T REGISTER OUR GAME ON THE WRONG ACCOUNT OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT.

This version of the game was supposed to be the easiest to access because it doesnt have ANY CODE...its automatic...you buy it, download it and play...

BUT that didnt happen...everyone who has this version of the game got stucked on the "NO VALIDE OR ACTIVE SERVICE."

...buy it again..

*Official statement below:*Customers who purchased Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn before it was removed from PSN Store on 28/08/13 will receive a wallet refund for their purchase within the next few days.

As a goodwill gesture, they will also receive in their Download List, at no cost, the Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn edition (Standard or Collectors) they had originally purchased (so they should refrain from attempting to repurchase the game).The new DLC files they will receive will allow them to access the game without receiving further errors.

Please note that the game will still require you to register a Square Enix account in order to be played and only the account that owns the game can play it. For any issues registering a Square Enix account you will need to contact the publisher.Square Enix official forumsThis covers compensation to all players registering the game before 9thSeptember and Square Enix will be offering 7 days additional free game time due to the server issues that they’ve faced through launch.*Any questions please ask but it looks like your login issue will be solved by the new DLC files.

I bought the digital download copy on the 27th.

Everytime i try to log in it just says i have no account registered. Its been like that since i bought it.

After waiting patiently for days we finally get some word that i would be fixed after the maintenance. Now the maintenance has come and gone and we still have the problem.

Sony said we would get a download sent to us that would fix it, but nothing. I have a feeling that Square Enix dont reply in the forum, and quite likely dont even read it, so im not expecting a response.

Weve been waiting over a week now, unable to even attempt to log in.

It is incredibly annoying now. If an emplyee from Square Enix could just post in this thread to let us know what youre doing about it, that would be so great.

When the servers were too full, and no one could log in, you said you want to make sure that all the people who have bought the game could play. Well, we bought the game on release day and havnt been able to play at all. So you basically lied to us...
