Error (2) (45d) when loading character

when i log and select my characther i get stuck in the loading screen. I can chat using /t but my game doesnt move past the loading and i get the message of a sudden error (2)(45d) and the game shuts down. Im on pc and all my drivers are up to date i even erased the game and still happens, i made a new charater and when i go to central thanalan it crashes and i can never loggin again getting the same error, i opened 3 tickets so far in customer suppor and no results and no one has contacted me from SE, been like a week. can someone shed some light on what this error could be?
