    Does the PS3 version fully download on PS3 harddrive without the disk?

    Quick question for those with the PS3 version that did not participate in early access.

    Are you able to run FFXIV on your PS3 without your disk being in your PS3?

    Reason being, those of us that participated in early access were able to download the game to our hard drive and only had to register the code on back of the manual.

    Yes because the launcher is an application.

    I bought the disk version but the only real purpose of the disk was that it housed the installation program for the application.
    After that the disk is pretty much useless since it's now being launched from the HDD.
