Still no new characters on Ultros!

I am so sad that my girlfriend and nephew still can not join me to play this game as Ultros is still locked out from making new characters!!! I don't care about what server I end up on but SE should allow free world transfers to make up for the fact that they have both paid for this game and are still unable to play with the people they intend to play with...this is just stupid!

why didn't you just start a new char on another server with them?

been playing from B3 and my LS/FC was set there from B4 so ya I should not have to leave unless its a free transfer and my LS/FC should be able to come too! This is just getting to the point that nothing can fix this issue other than restarting and leaving all my friends. I guess that is what SE wants.

this is for all of us, yeah sure they could allow more people to come on the already overcrowded servers but how does that fix the issue? and to be honest I don't get how you could think they'd open character creation on the current servers today, should be pretty obvious that they want people to create chars on the new servers

All servers are overcrowded.
The new ones will be too...Who knew soooo many people wanted to play XIV.
It's the fact that the new MMO smell will die down soon and people will leave or hiatus in a month or so...I just wanna play now lol.

Ultros was one of the last ones to new character lock. Because of that, I think it's a bit more overloaded then some of the other servers. Give it a little bit, the early rush will be over soon.

Eh it doesn't matter really I guess, most people were using today as "the marker" to see if t he login issues were fixed before they demanded a refunded, did a chargeback, or just plain left by tomorrow. By the time everyone wakes up, tries to login, and just plain can't login AGAIN (or create a new character a week and a half after the game came out....?) they will be gone by this afternoon.
