The Servers are still part of the datacenter located in NA. Hence, since Ping Values won't be very different, they felt no need to segregate the EU Servers to their own Group.

That really wasnt what I was even getting at I know they are still in the same place im not stupid, the point is the EU servers are split over two clusters meaning cluster one has no intergration or communication with cluster two. The duty finder wont group anyone from together from different clusters.
To me it seems like an odd decision to make, I have no issues playing with dudes from north america but they are usually at work/asleep when we are playing and vice versa, thus reducing the pool from which the duty finder can draw from.
