This is mostly a question for those who have done stat-testing (and if there isn't an answer, then we know what we can test in the future).

Grants a 50% chance that critical damage over time inflicted by Venomous Bite or Windbite will reset the Bloodletter recast timer.

From what I can gather, the re-cast on Bloodletter will reset 50% of the time when the damage over time from Bile/Bite procs critically, not the original damage.

Here are my questions:
- Can we verify that it is definitely the DoT-proc critting that causes the re-cast?
and
- Does increasing your critical hit rate increase the change of your DoT proc being critical? (Summoners may also have an interest in this.)

This could have an influence on how people spec their gear after capping the base-damage statistic (DEX for archers).
