Lord of Crags - dead player unable to revive to top of tower

Summary: Error in Lord of Crags instance. Player thrown off the platform and dies. The remaining three players defeat Titan, however there is no way for the dead player to be Raised, nor can they use Return to get to the exit. Dead player had to wait until the instance timed out, then was kicked out.

Time: August 27, 2013, at night (after 8 PM PST; don't recall exact)
Frequency: Only once (so far)

Party or solo: Party, 4 people
Race: Miqo'te female

Area and coordinates: Upper La Noscea, Zelma's Run (X:28 Y:18)

Steps:
1. Engage in battle with Titan.
2. Player is knocked off platform, and falls to death.
3. Remaining three players defeat Titan.
4. Dead player unable to revive.

Suggested Fix:

Auto teleport dead player to top of platform after Titan is defeated.

OR

Allow dead player to use Return after Titan is defeated.

OR

Allow WHM to jump down from tower with 1 HP left to Raise dead player AFTER the battle was won, AND allow both players to return to the top of platform.

Apparently, this issue is still not fixed as I just had it happen to me...

If they defeated Titan, it's not like you need to go back to platform anyway. You're done so you can just leave duty.
