Unable to complete In for Garuda awakening

I got to the last step of the quest to gain access to the Howling Eye hard, attuned to the aetherite in Natalan, it said the quest had been completed, and the fight unlocked on my duty finder, but the last objective is still on my duty list, the fight is still not on my duty finder, and I can just finish the quest indefinitely, yet never get the reward for it.

Time: 4:04 PM EST (encountered this bug a few hours ago)
Frequency: Twice (had a similar issue before, which was solved by abandoning and redoing the quest, however, this one can't be abandoned)

Same as the OP, I can go through the steps, the reward is accepted, I receive a message that the duty finder has been updated but the quest remains on my log and the duty is not available. Trying to attune again only repeats this process infinitely.

Are you sure that there isn't some sort item, currency or crystal reward which you cannot acquire due to inventory limitations?

Even if it shows you get no item, if you're full, make space.
